Team Sensei offers private training sessions for strength and conditioning, swimming, running and cycling. If you want to experience the best personalized training services uniquely tailored to your lifestyle and your training goals, then Team Sensei is your training destination.

Private Cycling Instruction - $95 for first hour, $45 for each additional hour ($125/hour for groups of 2-4)

Open to all levels of riders seeking expert on-the-bike instruction to develop and improve specific aspects of their cycling skill set. With one or more of our professional instructors leading the ride, you will ride away from the session with a better understanding and appreciation of the skills required to become a more efficient, powerful and confident cyclist. Private sessions are open to 1-4 riders per coach. Team Sensei cycling coaches are also available for clinics and camp. Contact the office for details.

  • Climbing technique
  • Criterium skills and tactics
  • Sprinting and lead-outs
  • Descending and cornering technique
  • Interval training
  • Mountain bike handling skills
  • Time trial skills and tactics
  • Triathlon bike handling skills
  • Cyclocross training techniques
  • Paceline and echelon training
  • Velodrome (track) riding
  • Team time trial practice
  • Motorpacing

Private Running Instruction - $60 for first hour, $35 for each additional hour ($100/hour for groups of 2-4)

These sessions are open to ALL levels of participants, from those preparing for their first race to the elite athlete preparing for the Olympics. We treat all clients with the same respect and attention to detail. Run instruction is open to 1-4 people. In addition to running sessions, we also offer technique instruction. With a more efficient stride you will save energy and lesson the chances of injuries.

  • Strength and conditioning for runners
  • Run specific stretching
  • Run specific yoga

Private Triathlon Instruction - $95 for first hour, $45 for each additional hour ($125/hour for groups of 2-4)

These sessions are open to ALL levels of participants, from those preparing for their first triathlon to the elite athlete preparing for the Olympics. We treat all clients with the same respect and attention to detail. Triathlon instruction is open to 1-3 people. In addition to running and cycling sessions, we also offer swim instruction and will help you perfect your stroke and maximize your economy. We have access to several pools for your lessons and can also do open water swimming in the bay and ocean.

  • Cycling training and bike handling skills
  • Transition skills
  • Run training
  • Swim work-outs and technique instruction
  • Dry land swim training
  • Strength and conditioning for the triathlete

Private Strength and Conditioning - $95 per hour or $45 for 30min ($125/hour for groups of 2-4)

The strength training staff at Team Sensei are all Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS). Our trainers will create a customized and innovative exercise program to help you meet your fitness goals. Whether you are preparing for a high level sport-specific performance, or simply getting back into shape, Team Sensei has the knowledge, the experience, and the equipment to get you there. All private sessions are by appointment only and all new strength training clients will meet with Team Sensei, to discuss and plot out a course for success.
